What types of vehicles do you have?  
We have two stretch limos and more on the way.
What are your hours of operation? 
We are available on the road, in the office 8-5 CST, and online 24/7. You can contact us anytime to make a reservation.
Do you offer Meet and Greet service? 
Yes, we do! We offer this service at both Nashville and Louisville airports at different rates. This service allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside at the baggage claim with a sign with their name on it. For an international flight, the chauffeur would meet just outside of the customs exit.
How do I make a reservation? 
You can make a reservation anytime using our online reservation system, via phone at 270-303-5873, or via email at [email protected]
Will I know the driver’s information ahead of time?
 Yes, when the chauffeur is on the way to you and when they arrive you will receive a text message with their name, number, make, model, and license plate of the vehicle. You can also request to have that information sent to you earlier via email if you would prefer.
What things are provided in the limos?
 – Our limos come with complimentary ice, bottled water, champagne flutes, glassware, cups, and premium napkins. They do also have panels for complete control of music and lighting, and movies are provided as well.
Can we have alcohol in the vehicles?
 – Yes, you can! You are allowed to bring any beverages or snacks you would like in the vehicle, and you can even have us purchase it for you ahead of time. We do have a strict NO UNDERAGE DRINKING policy, and if our chauffeur sees it or smells it they can terminate the ride.
What is standard for gratuity? – Industry-standard is usually 15%-20%, but it is at your discretion what you would like to add. We do just have a 10% minimum.
How do I pay for the service?
 – When booking the reservation you will have to put a credit/debit card on file, which is usually the preferred method of payment. We do also accept cash and checks, cash must be collected before loading the vehicle and checks must be received at least 5 business days before the event.
Do you operate outside of the Bowling Green Kentucky area? 
– We do operate all around Kentucky & Tennessee which can make billing and service much easier since you only have to deal with one company!

 What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
We update all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number. The only exception to this rule is if your flight should change by more than one hour. All exceptions will be handled according to availability.
 How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
The policy provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals) of your plane landing we will rule you a “no-show” release your driver and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
 Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
Airport Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees/taxed and gratuity.
 Is the Limousine Bar stocked with beverages?
No the bars are not stocked, however, glasses, and ice can be provided upon request and depending upon your reservation, we can accommodate certain requests and will provide additional amenities for an additional cost.
 Where do I meet my Chauffeur for Pick-up?
Each pick-up location is different. Airport pick-up locations maybe meet and greet in baggage claim, at the carousel or the curbside at Limo Pick-up area and we confirm all other pick-up locations at reservation placement.
 What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted by Phone only.
Executive Limo Service requires that all airport transfer cancels be received no less than 24 hours before pick-up time. 
If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames before your Pick-up time you will be charged in full for the order. 
All Deposits when required are non-refundable, even if you cancel w/in prescribed time frames... 
 Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?
Chauffeurs can collect charges in cash. Please be aware of a cash payment is given to Chauffeur that; has been prepaid by credit card or by account it will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot by law, be recovered from Chauffeur.
Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for;
Minimum posted the number of hours, is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
 If I place a reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up, I realize that I require less time; will I be charged for the full hours?
Yes, Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for.
 Minimum posted several hours are only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Any additional requested time after the original booking will be based on availability. If additional time is not available, all passengers and their belongings will be required to exit the vehicle after the reserved time regardless of the destination location.
 How far in advance should I place my reservation?
All reservation requests & quotes are all based on availability. Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
